Book an appointment with your doctor
North Road Medical supports doctors by allowing their patients the option to book appointments over the phone, in person, or online through HotDoc. When booking your appointment, if you have multiple concerns that you need to discuss during your appointment, your doctor may need you to book a longer consultation to ensure that there is sufficient time to attend to your medical needs.

If you have NOT had a face-to-face appointment with your doctor in the last 12 months your doctor will not offer for a telehealth consultation. There will be no Medicare rebate available for the appointment.
The doctors we support privately bill all Workcover and TAC appointments. You will need to claim the consultation back through your workplace or TAC.
If you have been Covid positive in the last 2 weeks, please call the clinic on 9576 9311 to notify staff before your appointment so that we can discuss this with your doctor and assist them to make appropriate arrangements, if necessary.
