Telehealth is now available

North Road Medical is functioning as usual, and now have Telehealth consultations available to all our patients.

The Federal Government has extended Telehealth consultations to prevent the spread of coronavirus in general practices. With these new temporary MBS Telehealth items it allows the clinic to continue to deliver essential health care services to all our patients.

These patients will be bulk billed*:

  • are under 10 years old,
  • patient has a DVA gold card

* Patient must hold a valid Medicare card or DVA card.

All other Telehealth consults will be privately billed and will be eligible for a rebate.

The private fee structure, as below, applies from Monday 1st July 2021:

These fess are in line with our face to face consultation fees. 
These fees will be charges at the discretion of your doctor, please discuss this with your doctor at the time of your Telehealth consultation.

North Road Medical is open and operating as usual during the current COVID-19 pandemic. The reminder from HotDoc that is sent out 24 hours prior to your appointment can be used as evidence of your Medical appointment, should you need it.

A mask MUST be worn at all times in the clinic.
